A dignified farewell, with words that bring comfort and strength. As a funeral celebrant and pastor based in Konstanz, I conduct funeral services in Konstanz, Singen, Radolfzell and all around Lake Constance. We will walk this path together, one step at a time.
Even at short notice – I’ll get back to you quickly.

Saying goodbye to someone you love is one of the hardest things in life. At a time like this, you don’t have to carry it all alone. I’ll listen, take the time to hear your memories, and find words that do justice to your loved one’s life.
Together, we’ll create a funeral service that brings comfort, pays tribute and will long be remembered. And of course, it’s entirely up to you whether to include religious elements.
I give eulogies in Konstanz, Radolfzell, Singen, Stockach, Überlingen, all around Lake Constance, in the Hegau and in Thurgau: in funeral halls, cemetery chapels, churches and outdoors. I coordinate the order of service directly with your funeral director.
Not an off-the-peg speech, but words that honour your loved one’s life with honesty and love.
Or who very much do: you decide whether religious elements are part of the service, and to what extent.
During these difficult days, I take the time to listen to your memories and walk alongside you as you prepare.
I take care of the order of service, the arrangements with the funeral director and the service itself. You don’t have to carry everything on your own.
At your home or by phone: I listen and get to know the person we are saying goodbye to.
I write a personal eulogy and agree the music and order of service with you and the funeral director.
I lead the service with dignity, so that you can focus entirely on saying goodbye.

Music has the power to touch the soul, especially where words fall short. Together, we can choose favourite pieces, live music or recordings, and I’ll weave them into the service at just the right moments.
Whether it’s a funeral hall, a cemetery chapel or an outdoor service, I’ll check in advance what equipment is available on site and, if needed, bring a portable sound system with me.
What needs to be organised in the first few days? I’ll give you a concise checklist (from the funeral director to the paperwork) during our initial conversation.
If you would like a photographer or videographer to capture the funeral service and the gathering afterwards, I’m glad to recommend people I trust. If there are other service providers you would like to involve, just let me know. I’m always happy to help with recommendations.
No. My funeral services are open to everyone, whatever their denomination or beliefs.
Both are possible. It’s your choice – from an entirely secular service to one with prayer and a blessing. We’ll discuss this, without any pressure, in our initial conversation.
Yes, of course. I coordinate the order of service, the date and time, and the technical side directly with your funeral director. That’s one less thing for you to worry about.
I know that when someone dies, there is often very little time. Please do get in touch, even at short notice. I respond quickly and can almost always make it work.
Lake Constance is my home, but I’m happy to come wherever the farewell takes place. We can sort out the details together.
We begin with a gentle initial conversation – at your home in familiar surroundings, somewhere else that’s quiet, or online. Please allow about one to two hours for this. There’s nothing you need to prepare, except for a questionnaire I’ve written, which I’ll ask you to fill in before we meet. Taking all the time we need, we’ll talk through the memories and stories that matter to you, and from them I’ll write the eulogy.

Tell me briefly about your situation, and I’ll get back to you personally and promptly. Short-notice enquiries are no problem.

Thank you for your message.
I’ll get back to you personally as soon as possible.
