This website is hosted by Uberspace (uberspace.de, operated by uberspace.de EG, Mainz, Germany). Each time you visit this website, the host automatically records the following information, transmitted by your browser, in its server log files:
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: I have a legitimate interest in ensuring that the website displays without technical errors and remains secure. The log files are deleted automatically by the host after a short period. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the host.
If you contact me with an enquiry via the contact form, by email or by phone, I will store the details you provide (first name and surname, occasion, preferred date, postcode, town, email address, phone number, your message and, if you choose to say, how you found me) so that I can deal with your enquiry and any follow-up questions. Apart from the email services named below, I will not pass on this data without your consent.
This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract, or performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent). Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email.
Sending of emails: Enquiries submitted through the contact form are sent via the email service of IONOS (IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany) and stored in my mailbox there (if that service is unavailable, via the mail server of my hosting provider Uberspace, see section 3); the automatic confirmation of receipt is also sent this way. Only if the notification described below does not reach my phone within a short time is a copy of the enquiry sent instead to my Google email account (Gmail; provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). A transfer of data to the USA cannot be ruled out in this context. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and my legitimate interest in answering your enquiry promptly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Notification to my phone: I am notified of new enquiries and reviews by a web push notification on my mobile phone. The notification (occasion, name, preferred date, place, phone number, email address and the beginning of your message or review) is delivered end-to-end encrypted via the push service of the device manufacturer, for an iPhone via the Apple Push Notification service (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland). The push service cannot read the content. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in replying promptly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention period: I delete your data as soon as your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply (for example under tax law, if you book my services). You can withdraw your consent at any time simply by emailing redner@silashorvath.de.
Using the review form, you can give feedback on my work (name, occasion, star rating, review text). Reviews are published on this website only with your express consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and only after I have personally checked and approved them. You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect; I will then remove your review from the website.
Your review is stored on the server of my hosting provider Uberspace (see section 3) and is also sent to me by email via the IONOS email service (see section 4). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Retention period: I keep published reviews until you withdraw your consent; I delete reviews that I do not publish as soon as I have decided on publication.
This website uses the font “Roboto”, which is hosted locally on this server. When you visit the website, no connection is made to Google or any other third-party font provider.
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. I use it to understand how the website is used and to measure whether visits that come from my Google ads (Google Ads) lead to an enquiry. Without your consent, no connection to Google is established and no cookie is set.
Data processed: pages viewed and the time of your visit, approximate location, device and browser details, where your visit came from (for example a click on an ad), and the fact that the contact form was submitted, together with the occasion selected. The contents of the form (name, contact details, message) are not sent to Google. To recognise returning visitors, Google sets cookies in your browser (_ga and _ga_…, lifetime up to two years; for a visit that came from an ad, also _gcl_…, lifetime 90 days). Signals for personalised advertising are not enabled on this website.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). Recipients and third countries: a transfer of data to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). A data processing agreement with Google is in place (Art. 28 GDPR). Retention: in Google Analytics, data on individual page views and events is deleted after 2 months, and user data linked to a browser 14 months after the last visit.
Your choice is stored only in your browser (local storage, twelve months) and is not transmitted. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, or give it later: Open cookie settings. If you withdraw it, Google’s cookies are deleted from your browser.
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content (e.g. enquiries sent via the contact form), this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” in your browser’s address bar and by the padlock icon.
